We're seeking a Director of Engineering, P.E. to lead Data Center Electrical Engineering operations, drive technical excellence, and support some of the nation's most complex hyperscale, cloud, and AI data center projects.
What You'll Do
Lead regional electrical engineering teams
Drive engineering strategy, QA/QC, commissioning, and project delivery
Support proposals, client presentations, and business development
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent
Provide technical leadership on large, high-risk projects
Required Qualifications
✔ Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Architectural, or related Engineering field
✔ 10+ years of electrical, facilities, or building systems engineering experience
✔ 5+ years of hands-on data center design experience
✔ Strong expertise in mission-critical electrical systems and commissioning
