The organization addresses a key gap in traditional schooling by teaching practical skills such as saving, budgeting, banking, and responsible money management. Its programs include structured, age-appropriate sessions for schools and open workshops for community members, working professionals, and homemakers. The Director will collaborate with program leads to define key performance indicators, manage reporting dashboards, and generate insights that guide decision-making and impact evaluation. Day-to-day tasks include leading data-related projects, supervising data documentation and workflows, coordinating with technical partners or volunteers, and ensuring compliance with relevant privacy and ethical guidelines. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, statistics, information management, public health, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in financial literacy, education, or nonprofit work, with a commitment to youth development and accessible learning.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain organized documentation and workflows.
