• What You Will Be Doing:

As a member of our Data Services team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of data scientists and developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Manage a team of data scientists and developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in a data science and development

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field or related work experience
• 10+ years of experience in data science and development
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integrations techniques

Nice to Have:

Insurance industry or capital markets industry experience

Pay Transparency:

The base compensation range for this position is $100,000-$200,000.

RegEd takes a market-based approach to pay. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. Your actual pay at RegEd is based on your unique background, pertinent experience, work location and qualifications. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge and skills to our internal peers in the role. In addition to competitive base pay and bonus/commission program participation, RegEd’s total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package in addition to vacation, sick, volunteer time off and paid parental leave.
