• Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year

• Job Summary
• We are seeking a senior AI & Analytics Pre-Sales Lead to drive technical solutioning and business growth across Manufacturing and Agriculture Technology (AgTech) accounts in the Eastern United States.
• The ideal candidate will have strong pre-sales and solution-consulting experience, recent Manufacturing client experience, and hands-on expertise in building Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept (PoCs). Candidates should primarily come from mid-sized IT services or consulting companies and have experience helping enterprise clients adopt AI and modernize data platforms.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead client discovery, requirements analysis, solution design, and technical pre-sales strategy.
• Personally build AI demos, prototypes, and PoCs using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and document intelligence.
• Advise client executives on AI adoption, data-platform modernization, and business process automation.
• Develop technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, value propositions, and ROI models.
• Conduct AI strategy workshops and identify high-value AI use cases for Manufacturing and AgTech clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams, solution architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to develop client solutions.
• Develop reusable AI accelerators, industry-specific offerings, and solution assets.
• Support sales pursuits, executive briefings, client presentations, and industry events.

• Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall experience, including substantial experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, AI consulting, or practice leadership.
• Recent experience working with a Manufacturing client is mandatory.
• Strong track record in technical pre-sales, solution design, proposal development, and supporting enterprise deals.
• Hands-on ability to build working demos and PoCs using Generative AI and Agentic AI tools.
• Experience designing and positioning enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of modern AI technologies, including GenAI, document intelligence, predictive analytics, and agentic automation.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of distributed systems, containers, and orchestration technologies.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with mid-sized IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation companies.
• Manufacturing industry expertise in production, supply chain, quality, industrial operations, or predictive maintenance.
• Agriculture Technology (AgTech) industry experience.
• Experience developing reusable AI solutions, accelerators, and industry-specific offerings.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
