Digital Shelf Analyst

Job Description:

• The Digital Shelf Analyst supports Digital Commerce by managing product content, digital shelf presence, and content syndication across online retail channels. The role requires strong Salsify expertise, data management skills, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, high-quality product information.
• Key Skills
• Strong experience with Salsify content management and Product Information Management (PIM).
• Content syndication, workflow creation, automation, process improvement, and new item setup within Salsify.
• Data management, data governance, data validation, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Excel analysis, troubleshooting product data issues, and understanding business rules, data flows, and system-to-system integrations.
• Digital shelf management, product content management, ratings and reviews, product visibility, and digital asset syndication.
• Required Qualifications
• Experience managing product content including images, descriptions, videos, ratings, and reviews across online retail channels.
• Ability to work with large datasets, validate data quality, and support business-process integrations without coding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with retail, marketing, brand, IT, data teams, and retail partners.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to create polished Excel reports and presentation-ready PowerPoint slides.
• Strong organization, prioritization, project coordination, and timeline management skills.
• Additional Skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience troubleshooting product data issues and improving business processes.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment during standard business hours.
• Experience supporting Digital Commerce or E-commerce operations is preferred.
• Industry experience is not required; emphasis is on Salsify expertise, digital shelf experience, and data management.
