About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist — Web, Analytics & Marketing Operations plays a pivotal role within the marketing department, independently managing the execution of digital marketing strategies and operations. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's web presence, analyzing performance data, supporting paid media campaigns, and coordinating cross-functional activities. The specialist owns the marketing dashboard, manages core databases and content systems, and ensures website accuracy and performance with minimal supervision. This position offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement with occasional travel to local or regional tradeshows and events, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.
- Proficiency in GA4 reporting, traffic source analysis, and campaign performance reporting (email and paid media).
- Experience managing websites/CMS platforms such as WordPress and applying basic SEO practices.
- Experience supporting paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
- Experience working with CRM systems, maintaining marketing databases, and coordinating with sales teams.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivots and lookups, and familiarity with Power BI dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and vendor management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage website content updates, including enhanced product pages, product specifications, and on-page SEO optimizations.
- Maintain the accuracy of product specification libraries, label/carton artwork databases, and related content systems.
- Coordinate website launches, site consolidations, redirects, and conduct quality assurance with internal teams and vendors.
- Monitor website health by identifying and troubleshooting issues such as broken links, form errors, and page performance concerns.
- Support setup and ongoing maintenance of customer web portals and address web-related customer inquiries.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of online directory listings and brand/contact information across platforms.
- Own and deliver recurring performance reports through the marketing dashboard, analyzing web traffic, campaign results, and audience behavior.
- Maintain data hygiene across CRM, email lists, and marketing databases, collaborating with sales and customer service teams for updates.
- Participate in Power BI initiatives, including data cleanup, dashboard maintenance, and documentation.
- Support customer surveys, feedback collection, and analyze results to recommend service improvements.
- Assist in executing and reporting on paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook/Meta, ensuring tracking accuracy and performance analysis.
- Coordinate creative assets, landing pages, and campaign tracking with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform hygiene.
- Support content creation efforts such as posts, blogs, infographics, and video scripts, as well as coordinating product photography and event collateral.
- Assist in tradeshow and event preparations, including collateral, signage, samples, and onsite support.
- Research, test, and implement AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, including training team members on best practices.
- Develop SOPs and checklists for recurring processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
