LOCATION
- Remote flexibility with a preference for candidates located in the Greensboro, Durham, High Point, or surrounding North Carolina markets.
- Initial 6–12 month contract engagement with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, auditing, and validation of website tracking, measurement plans, tagging strategies, and event-tracking frameworks.
- Partner with technology, development, and agency teams to implement analytics requirements for website enhancements, campaigns, and new digital functionality.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and recurring reporting that measure traffic, engagement, customer journeys, lead generation, conversion, and digital marketing performance.
- Analyze website and campaign data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, landing-page performance, audience strategy, conversion, and media effectiveness.
- Configure and validate digital advertising measurement across paid search, paid social, display, video, programmatic, and retargeting campaigns.
- Maintain analytics documentation, reporting standards, naming conventions, governance practices, and recommendations for improving the organization’s measurement infrastructure.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 3+ years of experience in website analytics, digital marketing analytics, marketing measurement, or a related data-focused role.
- Hands-on experience implementing website tracking solutions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
- Experience analyzing paid media, SEO, SEM, attribution, conversion tracking, customer journeys, and marketing performance across major advertising platforms.
- Proficiency with Excel and dashboard or visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools, with familiarity in SQL strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce, Magento, or a comparable enterprise e-commerce platform is highly preferred
