About the Opportunity:

The SPECIALIST, DIGITAL MARKETING is responsible for organizing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as email, mobile, web, and SMS for the North America region. This role supports the development and execution of package activation marketing campaigns, managing project timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Audit project requests for accuracy and build timelines
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other campaign managers
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and process improvements
  • Drive project deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize Airtable, Workfront, and MS Office Suite tools
  • Maintain attention to detail and reporting accuracy
  • Apply analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Monitor campaigns and proactively address potential issues
  • Review and proof marketing collateral for quality control
  • Support development and maintenance of internal tools and processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing digital marketing campaigns (email, mobile, web, SMS)
  • Proven project management skills with on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work from the Orlando office or remotely in eligible states
  • Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus
