Seeking a Site Health Analyst to support the ongoing health, performance, and optimization of a large-scale telecommunications business focused on their website. This role will focus on proactive site monitoring, product launch support, and analytics-driven insights to ensure a seamless digital customer experience and effective lead generation performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze overall site health, performance, and user experience.
• Support product feature launches and ensure analytics tracking is properly implemented and validated.
• Partner closely with QA, Development, Product, and other cross-functional teams to support digital analytics initiatives.
• Ensure lead generation flows, customer journeys, and site functionality are operating effectively.
• Conduct proactive and reactive analysis to identify issues, trends, business concerns, and optimization opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights to support long-term business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze site performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive business outcomes.
• Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving website and analytics-related issues.

The salary range for this position is $30/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
