In a portfolio of real estate properties in the Greater Toronto Area, a number have been identified with redevelopment opportunities. Planning reports and opinions with redevelopment densities and massing studies will be provided. We are looking for a resource to model and quantify different scenarios for certain properties, including their value as existing revenue producing properties using pro formas that the Development Financial Analyst Consultant prepares.

This will require a senior resource with demonstrated experience in these areas with a focus on Midrise/Highrise Residential and Commercial Development. While we are open to different arrangements, we imagine that this would be a contract role on an hourly basis.

All Work Product shall belong exclusively to Glen Corporation.

  • Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in midrise/high-rise development, real estate private equity, asset management, valuations, lending, real estate investment, or a related field.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, financial modeling, problem solving and researching skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency of Microsoft Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and compelling manner and present information to internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, be proactive and take initiative to understand, support and implement goals and objectives.
  • Must be very flexible and adapt to various demands as required.
  • Work Schedule - Hybrid working arrangement to be determined
  • Location - North York
