POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Analyst / Computer Services Consultant to provide onsite Tier 1 desktop and end-user technical support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues while supporting hybrid meetings and conference room A/V technology.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide onsite Tier 1 desktop and end-user technical support
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Triage, document, track, and resolve support tickets using IT ticketing systems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, shared resources, and basic access issues
• Support conference rooms, hybrid meetings, A/V equipment, microphones, displays, and related technology
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow established support procedures
• Communicate effectively with end users and technical teams
• Provide occasional evening and weekend support for meetings, events, and business needs

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 1–3+ years of desktop support, help desk, or end-user technical support experience
