IDR is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. In this role, you’ll support a large enterprise Customer Core transformation focused on implementing SAP as the billing platform, with an emphasis on customer data governance across multiple domains. This is a strategy and governance-focused position partnering closely with cross-functional business, technology, and SAP teams to define standards, processes, and alignment for reporting and analytics.
Position Overview for the Data Warehouse Architect
Define and establish customer data governance processes and standards across multiple customer domains
Partner with SAP Tower Leads during blueprinting and requirements definition to translate business needs into governance requirements
Collaborate with Enterprise Data Governance teams to align standards and practices across the organization
Work with System Integrators, Business Integrators, and internal stakeholders to define data ownership, standards, and governance processes
Identify governance gaps, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and support reporting/analytics alignment throughout the transformation
Requirements for the Data Warehouse Architect :
4–6 years of relevant experience in data governance, data architecture, SAP, or related enterprise data environments
Proven experience establishing and implementing data governance processes and standards
Experience working across multiple data/customer domains in a large enterprise environment
SAP S/4HANA Utilities or SAP IS-U functional foundation (required)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to succeed in a complex transformation environment
