Organized Purchasing Alliance is a leading consulting and administrative company in the foodservice industry. We partner with distributors and clients to manage and analyze critical purchasing data. We have an immediate Full-Time position available for an Associate Level candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience working with various data sources and managing several data points. An ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate, intermediate Excel skills, and eager to learn!

Job Overview:

• Communicate/interface with Foodservice Distributors reporting departments
• Audit/analyze data to ensure accuracy (Audit and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness)
• Load data to be utilized for various company functions
• Database management/updates

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required) and Microsoft Word
• Being detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Strong in-person, telephone and email communication skills

• Additional Information
• This position will be an on-site opportunity based in Paramus, NJ(Rochelle Park, NJ).
• The standard business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5:00PM EST.
