Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Design, Research, and other business functions to define success metrics and uncover actionable insights.
Design and execute experiments, statistical analyses, and data-driven strategies to support business growth and product improvements.
Develop predictive models, analytical frameworks, and forecasting solutions that enable informed decision-making.
Build and maintain scalable datasets, tools, and reporting systems that improve data accessibility and efficiency.
Lead end-to-end analytics and data science projects, from problem definition through implementation and business impact measurement.
Promote data quality, governance, and best practices to foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, user experiences, and revenue performance through advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
Hands-on experience working with large-scale data platforms, cloud data warehouses, or distributed data processing technologies.
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation methodologies, forecasting techniques, and predictive analytics.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive innovation and growth.
Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytical solutions is a plus.
