- Large enterprise/Fortune 500 or federal IT environment experience
- Responsibilities
- Analyze Incident, Problem, and Change trends to improve IT service performance.
- Perform data studies and experiments using new and existing data sources.
- Use Splunk dashboards, alerts, and searches to identify operational issues.
- Monitor enterprise environments using cloud-native observability tools.
- Develop predictive models, algorithms, forecasts, and data analytics.
- Apply AI/ML to automation, orchestration, analytics, and visualization.
- Identify performance degradation, anomalies, and systemic enterprise issues.
- Analyze API patterns, response times, and latency.
- Design and document remediation solutions with application, infrastructure, and network teams.
- Provide SME guidance to executives, contractors, and technical teams.
- Candidate Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- Must meet Public Trust eligibility requirements.
- ITIL certification.
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics experience.
- AI/ML and machine learning platform experience.
- Cloud monitoring/observability experience.
- Network performance and APM experience.
- Federal or large-enterprise IT experience.
