Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Data Science Engineer to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, with a focus on collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing diverse data sets to ensure integrity and readiness for analysis. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, making a significant impact in the technology industry. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with team members to design and execute end-to-end data projects, from ideation to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse data sets to ensure integrity and readiness for analysis, using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends and patterns.
• • Develop, validate, and implement statistical models to extract actionable insights from complex data, presenting findings and recommendations through compelling data visualizations and reports.
• • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement, working closely with stakeholders to design and execute data-driven projects.
• • Collaborate closely with team members to design and execute end-to-end data projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that data-driven insights inform business decisions.
• • Present findings and recommendations through compelling data visualizations and reports, tailored for technical and non-technical stakeholders, to drive business growth and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Strong foundation in statistics and mathematics, with experience in data handling, data collecting, data analysis, and modeling, and data visualization.
• • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis.
• • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and to design and execute end-to-end data projects.
• • Domain knowledge in a specific area, such as finance, healthcare, or engineering, with the ability to apply expertise to AI systems and contribute to the development of frontier AI models.
