Responsibilities

• • Analyze job seeker behavior, job data, and product performance
• • Define metrics and design experiments to evaluate new features
• • Build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting workflows
• • Explore opportunities to improve recommendations, search relevance, and engagement
• • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• • Collaborate in person with product, engineering, and AI teams
• Qualification

Required

• • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• • Experience with Python and SQL
• • Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data analysis
• • Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis
• • Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA

Preferred

• • Experience with machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, or experimentation
• • Familiarity with pandas, scikit-learn, notebooks, or data visualization tools
• • Experience working with large or messy datasets
• • Interest in responsible use of data and AI in career products
• • Previous research, internship, or analytics project experience
