Data Scientist

• The Role
• • Develop and apply statistical and machine learning models to enhance decision-making and improve business outcomes.
• • Translate complex business challenges into data science solutions, defining methodologies and sourcing relevant data.
• • Communicate clear, actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• • Operationalize data science work through repeatable pipelines and contribute to shared standards for documentation and reproducibility.
• • Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and models that can be integrated into business workflows.

• What You'll Need
• • 4+ years of experience in data science, applied analytics, or a related field.
• • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• • Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.
• • Experience with deploying or maintaining models in production environments is a plus.
• • Familiarity with experiment design and causal inference is preferred.
• • Demonstrated ability to mentor others and influence cross-functional partners.
