About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our central Data Science & Analytics team. In this role, you will be embedded within one of our core business units—growth, product development, AI & automation, or strategic partnerships—and will be responsible for owning the end-to-end analytical functions for that area. Your primary focus will be to identify key business questions, define impactful metrics, build insightful reports, and drive data-informed decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, marketers, finance, and operations to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that support our ambitious growth objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence high-level decisions and contribute directly to our goal of scaling from 5 million to 50 million customers and achieving a valuation of $10 billion within four years.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience working in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Proficiency in SQL (preferably ClickHouse) and Python for data extraction, analysis, and modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently structure, interpret, and visualize complex data sets.
• Experience in defining key metrics, designing experiments, and generating actionable insights.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• First-principles thinking approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and define the right analytical problems to solve.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that track key performance metrics.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and optimize strategies.
• Extract, clean, and interpret large datasets to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Present findings clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams and leadership, translating complex analyses into understandable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement of data processes and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Act as a data owner for your assigned business area, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
