Skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with SQL and database technologies (Hive preferred; Pig is a plus)
Familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is a plus
Strong knowledge of statistical methods (regression, distributions, hypothesis testing, etc.)
Experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, decision forests)
Solid foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, multivariable calculus)
Expertise in data wrangling and preprocessing
5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
