Data Science Engineer

The Role

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI solutions
• Develop Generative AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
• Build, train, and evaluate traditional machine learning models (Scikit-learn, XGBoost) and advanced NLP pipelines
• Develop robust production deployment strategies for data science solutions
• Collaborate on research and development efforts to advance data science capabilities
• Work with complex clinical data to derive meaningful insights

What You'll Need

• Strong background in statistical reasoning and advanced engineering (LLMs/MLOps)
• Proven experience in AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI, especially within Healthcare and Life Sciences
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn and XGBoost
• Ability to handle and interpret complex clinical data
