- Data Reviewer – Role Description & Qualifications
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Reviewer to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data across company systems and databases. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies while maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- The Data Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying data to ensure it meets organizational quality standards. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to work independently while handling large volumes of information.
- Key ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies, errors, and duplicate records.
- Perform routine quality assurance and data validation checks.
- Compare data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation.
- Generate reports on data quality, findings, and review outcomes.
- Follow company policies, data governance standards, and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business and customer information.
- Monitor data quality metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and data management initiatives.
- Complete assigned reviews within established productivity and quality targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain high data quality standards.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with databases and spreadsheets.

- Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma, diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data review, quality assurance, data entry, administrative support, auditing, compliance, or records management is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, database management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting software is beneficial.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality management principles is a plus.
