• Duties
• Job Summary:
• The Data Reporting Coordinator supports the team's data and reporting needs. The coordinator will assist with data entry, organizing, tracking, and compiling information from multiple sources as needed. The coordinator will maintain thorough knowledge of work on special projects as needed.

Information Management:

• -Ensures the accurate collection of information, records, and data for applicable assignments.
• -Follows up when requested.
• -Sustains workflows and timelines, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• -Prepares reports on current projects and maintains files for all special projects.
• -Maintains documentation in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
• -Ensures that records/files are maintained and released in accordance with departmental standards.

Data Management:

• -Responsible for obtaining, compiling, organizing, and distributing information.
• -Produces daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
• -Maintains information contained in various databases.
• -Investigates and uses all available and appropriate resources to collect data in the most efficient and timely manner.
• -Checks data for accuracy and completeness before distributing to management.

Special Projects:

• -Works on special projects as assigned.
• -Creates project reports using database queries and spreadsheet applications to track relevant data.

• Skills
• Required Skills & Experience:
• -Two (2)-Four (4) years of experience working on tasks individually and in teams.

• Education
• Required Education:
• -HS Diploma/GED.br/>

Preferred Education:

-Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
