Required Skills:

• Applies fundamental computer systems analysis concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to support technical assignments. Assists with analyzing user requirements, documenting
• system functions, supporting testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and evaluating system
• workflows and interfaces.
• Performs work requiring practical experience and training in business processes, system
• documentation, and basic information technology principles.
• Supports preparation of functional
• specifications, process flows, and recommendations for system improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Objectives include providing integrated program, process, and technical support for mobile
• device deployment and associated IT applications; coordinating with Government stakeholders
• and field personnel; supporting device receipt, staging, configuration, fielding, replacement,
• troubleshooting, and sustainment; and delivering the reporting, documentation, and analytical
• support needed to manage these activities effectively. In alignment with the PWS, the work may
• also include collaboration and stakeholder management, project tracking, performance
• monitoring, meeting support, requirements gathering and analysis, development of training
• materials and user guidance, and creation of analytical and decision-support documentation .
