Data Quality Analyst at Draftomat
Job Summary
Draftomat is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to contribute to customer service, scheduling, gardening and landscape-related operations, order coordination, project support, and vendor administration. You will improve the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability of business data while working with the teams responsible for this area. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Salary: $73,000 - $81,500 per year
Main Duties
- Review datasets and records for completeness, validity, duplicates, formatting errors, and inconsistent values in the Data Quality Analyst role at Draftomat.
- Run data-quality checks and document exceptions using approved rules, thresholds, and validation procedures as part of the Data Quality Analyst role at Draftomat.
- Investigate the source of recurring data issues and coordinate corrections with the appropriate data owners across customer scheduling and service operations in this Data Quality Analyst position.
- Maintain issue logs, data-quality metrics, validation results, and remediation status for the Draftomat team as part of Data Quality Analyst work.
- Support data cleanup, standardization, reconciliation, and controlled correction activities while supporting customer scheduling and service operations in the Data Quality Analyst role at Draftomat.
- Recommend practical process changes that reduce repeated data-quality problems as part of day-to-day Data Quality Analyst responsibilities at Draftomat.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with structured data, spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, or data-quality processes for the Data Quality Analyst opening at Draftomat.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate discrepancies methodically.
- Comfort using validation rules, filters, formulas, queries, or quality-control tools.
- Clear documentation skills and the ability to explain the source and impact of data issues.
- Ability to manage confidential information and follow controlled correction procedures.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
