  • Company Description DocketPulse delivers real-time lead intelligence from public records, helping legal, bail, and crisis-focused professionals identify new opportunities ahead of their competitors. The platform transforms fragmented local public data into timely, actionable insights, enabling teams to spend less time searching and more time engaging with high-value leads. Daily feeds provide fresh arrest data, direct contact information for defendants, and verified family networks, which are crucial for bail bonds, legal services, and rehab interventions. DocketPulse works with a range of professionals including criminal defense and DUI attorneys, bail bond agencies, ignition interlock installers, substance abuse and rehab clinics, and insurance agents. To preserve a strong local advantage, access is limited to a small number of providers per industry and county, ensuring exclusive market coverage for clients.
  • Role Description The Data & Public Records Operations Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the collection, validation, and delivery of public records data that powers DocketPulse’s daily intelligence feeds. This role involves monitoring incoming public records from multiple sources, performing data quality checks, and ensuring accurate enrichment of key information such as contact details and case attributes. The associate will help maintain operational workflows, document processes, and collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and optimize efficiency. They will also assist with client-facing tasks such as responding to data-related inquiries, coordinating sample feeds, and supporting onboarding efforts with clear communication. The position requires consistent attention to detail, organized work habits, and a commitment to timely, reliable data operations.

  • Strong operations skills, including process management, workflow optimization, and attention to detail.
  • Developed analytical skills for interpreting public records, validating data accuracy, and identifying patterns or anomalies.
  • Clear communication skills for explaining data findings, documenting procedures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills for working effectively within a remote team and building trust with clients and partners.
  • Customer service skills to address data questions, support client requests, and help deliver a reliable, positive user experience.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and web-based tools; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Relevant experience in data operations, public records, legal services, or a related field is preferred; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is beneficial but not required.
