Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Data Protection Officer (PII Compliance) to work on a contract basis. This individual will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, ensuring the protection and lawful processing of personal data. The role is critical in shaping how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to contribute to the development of frontier AI models in a global industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee the implementation and management of PII compliance protocols, ensuring the protection and lawful processing of personal data.
• • Evaluate data flows and documentation to identify, classify, and mitigate risks associated with structural identifiability, including non-obvious PII and proprietary workflows.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and update policies on data management, privacy, and compliance.
• • Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for sensitive document handling and data protection.
• • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in PII compliance and data protection, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• • Strong understanding of data management, data privacy, and compliance regulations.
• • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• • Experience working with data protection regulations, including GDPR.
