Position Overview
Seeking a Product Owner to support technology and data capabilities for Intraday Liquidity Management within the Treasury Transformation Office. This role partners across Treasury, Technology, Data Engineering, Operations, and Risk to translate business needs into delivered solutions.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on business and data analysis skills with a Product Owner mindset, including backlog management, prioritization, decision-making, and ownership of delivery outcomes. The role requires the ability to work at both detailed operational levels and senior leadership levels while effectively communicating complex data and technology concepts.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A Product Owner with a strong data background who has worked in a large banking environment, preferably within Treasury, Liquidity, or Payments.

Strong data analysis skills

Experience working with application developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders
Ability to independently query, manipulate, analyze, and validate data
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prepare concise updates and presentation materials for senior leadership
Self-starter capable of operating with limited direction
Ability to lead through ambiguity and exercise sound judgment
Experience translating business requirements into delivered solutions

Lead working sessions involving business and technology teams
Coordinate delivery activities across Treasury, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Data Engineering teams
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions
Support leadership reporting and status updates

Query and manipulate data to investigate business questions
Perform data analysis to discover requirements
Test solutions and validate outcomes
Support data-driven decision making
