Data Privacy Associate

Chicago | Senior Associate, Emerging Technologies (Entertainment & Media)

A leading firm's Entertainment & Media Group is seeking a senior associate for its emerging technologies practice in Chicago. We're looking for an attorney with 6+ years of Am Law 100 experience in emerging technologies, data privacy, and/or advertising and marketing. Relevant experience would include privacy and product compliance, tech and data transactions, contract negotiation, AdTech, digital media/advertising deals, and data breach counseling.

Strong candidates will also have experience building data protection programs, conducting privacy assessments and data mapping, drafting privacy policies, negotiating DPAs, managing incident response, and advising on high-risk areas.

Familiarity with digital advertising technology and AI regulatory matters is a plus.
