Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
Establish and enforce consistent pricing policies, guidelines, and approval workflows across regions and product lines.
Implement customer-focused, segmented, and value-based pricing structures that reflect market conditions.
Monitor industry pricing trends, competitor strategies, and raw material cost fluctuations to inform and adjust pricing approaches proactively.
Provide analytical support, insights, and training to sales and commercial teams to enable effective pricing execution.
Leverage data analytics tools to evaluate pricing performance, customer profitability, and elasticity, offering practical recommendations.
Manage discounting practices, rebate programs, and margin controls to maintain financial discipline.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Over 5 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or related roles within manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and develop data-driven pricing strategies. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning to enhance profitability.
Experience with pricing software, ERP, and CRM systems to refine pricing structures and processes..
