Data Operations Manager | Remote

Position: Strategic Project Lead

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $300k $500k USD

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Own the project end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely happy.
• Own and manage data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Manage a team of human data managers & leads reviewing the tasks of experts.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on massive projects.
• Work with human data engineers to define and manage KPIs.
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in data operations, engineering, or computer science.
• Have strong relevant experience in a leadership role, driving operational processes, managing large-scale data projects, or optimizing workflows.
• Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly.
