• • 3–6 years of experience with hands on coding
• • Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark
• • Strong SQL skills, including joins, transformations, and validation
• • Advanced Excel skills, including data cleanup, reconciliation, formulas, and VBA
• • Strong data wrangling and data preparation experience
• • Data ingestion, transformation, and cleanup
• • Handling messy or inconsistent datasets
• • Validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks
• • Working with templates, structured uploads, and standardized formats
• • Hands-on execution rather than design or oversight
• • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ticket-based environment
• • Able to work with ambiguous or incomplete data
• • Capable of working independently with minimal direction
• • Demonstrated speed, ownership, and problem-solving skills
• • Clear and effective stakeholder communication
