  • Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in Asset & Wealth Management or Retirement Services or Financial Services. The candidate will design scalable enterprise data models supporting Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Products, BI, and AI initiatives.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • · Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • · Develop canonical, conformed, and dimensional data models using Star and Snowflake schemas.
  • · Define facts, dimensions, hierarchies, measures, KPIs, and business rules.
  • · Support Lakehouse and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
  • · Translate business requirements into reusable data domains and data products.
  • · Define data modeling, metadata, naming, and governance standards.
  • · Partner with Data Governance teams on data quality, ownership, lineage, and glossary.
  • · Support data catalog, semantic layer, BI, analytics, and AI initiatives.
  • · Lead model reviews and collaborate with business, product, engineering, and architecture teams.
  • Required Skills
  • · 12+ years of experience in Data Modeling/Data Architecture.
  • · Strong experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services.
  • · Hands-on experience with Erwin.
  • · Strong knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and SQL.
  • · Experience with Canonical Data Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture.
  • · Strong understanding of BI/Analytics, Data Governance, Metadata, and Data Lineage.
  • · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Skills
  • · Experience with Data Mesh and Domain-Driven Design.
  • · Experience building Data Products and Semantic Data Layers.
  • · Knowledge of Collibra, Alation, or similar data governance/catalog tools.
  • · Experience supporting AI/ML and self-service BI initiatives.
  • · Relevant AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or Data Architecture certifications.
