- We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler to support a Databricks-based unified data platform initiative within the commercial life sciences domain. The role will focus on designing and implementing a common data model and scalable, reusable data products, including Patient Journey Analytics and HCP 360.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in enterprise and dimensional data modeling, along with a solid understanding of commercial life sciences data sources, data structures, and business use cases. Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Medallion Architecture is highly desirable.
- Required Qualifications
- Strong SQL and enterprise/data modeling skills.
- Hands-on Databricks, Delta Lake, and Medallion Architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge of life sciences data: IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva, HCP/HCO, specialty pharmacy, patient hub, payer, and formulary data.
- Understanding of data granularity, refresh cycles, coverage, and patient/provider linkage.
- Experience building scalable data models for Patient Journey Analytics and HCP 360 use cases.
