  • We are looking for a **Data Migration Development Lead** to drive design, development & delivery of large-scale data migration solutions on **AWS Platform!**
  • This is a **Techno-Functional Leadership** role - You will own Migration Architecture, Data Engineering, QA & Production Cutover.

  • ๐Ÿ”น Lead End-to-End Data Migration Design, Development & Implementation
  • ๐Ÿ”น Build Scalable ETL/ELT & Migration Frameworks using AWS Services
  • ๐Ÿ”น Design Extraction, Transformation, Cleansing, Validation, Loading & Reconciliation Processes
  • ๐Ÿ”น Develop High-Volume Migration Pipelines using AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, DMS, Redshift & RDS/Aurora
  • ๐Ÿ”น Implement Automated Data Quality, Audit, Reconciliation & Monitoring Controls
  • ๐Ÿ”น Support Multiple Migration Cycles - Testing, Mock Conversions & Production Cutovers
  • ๐Ÿ”น Develop Migration Runbooks, Restart/Recovery Procedures & Operational Controls
  • ๐Ÿ”น Establish CI/CD Pipelines & IaC using Terraform / CloudFormation / AWS CDK
  • ๐Ÿ”น Lead Code Reviews, Technical Design Reviews & Mentor Migration Developers
  • ๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with Architects, Business & Application Teams for Successful Outcomes

  • โœ”๏ธ 8+ Years in Data Engineering / ETL / ELT / Data Migration
  • โœ”๏ธ 3+ Years Leading Technical Teams / Migration Workstreams
  • โœ”๏ธ Strong Expertise in AWS Services, Python, SQL & PySpark
  • โœ”๏ธ Proven Experience with Data Quality Frameworks & Large-Scale Production Migrations
  • โœ”๏ธ Strong Knowledge of Relational Databases, Data Modeling & Performance Tuning
  • โœ”๏ธ Agile Delivery Experience with Strong Analytical Skills
