What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and naturally systems-minded.

This person will become the internal owner of our product data and key systems, ensuring that information is accurate from the moment a product is created through production, inventory, wholesale ordering, and fulfillment.

The right candidate will not simply maintain existing processes. They will identify problems, find better solutions, and continuously improve the way our systems and data support the business.

This is an important role with significant visibility across the organization and an opportunity to help build scalable systems as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management, business systems, ERP administration, product data, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in the apparel, fashion, wholesale, retail, or consumer products industry strongly preferred.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
• Experience working with ERP, inventory, or order management systems.
• Experience managing large amounts of product/SKU data.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify the source of data discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of systems and processes.
