  • Role Description As a Data Management Analyst at HummingBird, you will manage, validate, and optimize data across the Total Talent Workforce Platform to support accurate analytics, reporting, and decision-making. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves working closely with product, analytics, and business teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining data pipelines and structures, performing data cleansing and enrichment, and monitoring data integrity across integrated ATS/VMS and other systems. You will analyze platform data to identify trends, create and maintain dashboards and reports, and support stakeholders with ad hoc data requests. The role also involves documenting data definitions and processes, contributing to data governance practices, and recommending improvements to enhance data reliability and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Data Management skills, including data quality control, data governance fundamentals, and hands-on experience with databases or data platforms.
  • Proficiency in Data Analytics and Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, build reports or dashboards, and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, including translating business requirements into data specifications and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings clearly, and document data processes and standards.
  • Comfort with data tools such as SQL, Excel, BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar); experience with HRTech or recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
