Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Management Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst 4, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Minneapolis, Charlotte, Dallas

What's the Job?

• Support enterprise data and analytics initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to define requirements
• Analyze data, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision making
• Gather and document business and technical requirements effectively
• Assist in reporting, data validation, and ensuring data governance standards are met

What's Needed?

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and analytics platforms
• Experience with GCP data environments, including BigQuery
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
