About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate recurring operational and product performance reports.
• Analyze customer usage patterns and platform adoption metrics.
• Support KPI tracking and reporting for Product and Customer Success teams.
• Investigate data anomalies and assist with data quality initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Prepare analytical summaries for leadership reviews and planning discussions.
• Assist with measuring the impact of new product releases and feature enhancements.
• Maintain reporting documentation and business metric definitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, product analytics, or customer analytics.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with SQL and advanced data manipulation techniques.
• Experience working with reporting tools and large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate findings to both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills

Prior exposure to SaaS, software products, customer support operations, or technology environments is highly desirable.
