Data Integration Engineer II

2. About the Opportunity:

The Data Integration Engineer II is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and product functionalities within the organization''s predictive vertical. This role ensures data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility by collaborating with multiple internal teams, contributing to the organization''s ability to deliver impactful healthcare insights and solutions.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data integration pipelines.
• Support data ingestion, validation, transformation, cleansing, and curation.
• Monitor and optimize production data pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data systems.
• Develop tools for automated data profiling, quality monitoring, and testing.
• Collaborate to identify and resolve data anomalies during onboarding.
• Partner with product engineering to align data capture with requirements.
• Provide data support to analytics and customer success teams.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or data integration.
• Strong SQL skills including complex querying and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, especially AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redshift, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency with dbt for SQL-based data transformation models.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Proficiency in Python for data tasks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and automation tools.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
