  • Effective communication skills to present findings in a clear, concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a remote, part-time setting, with strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with common data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, basic BI or visualization tools); experience with SQL or Python is an advantage.
  • Interest in healthcare services and willingness to learn about health data standards, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant education in fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related discipline (completed or in progress).
  • Ability to collaborate within diverse teams, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to evolving data and reporting needs.
