Role Description This remote, part-time Data Insights Analyst (Entry-Level) role at Unidade Local de Saúde de Loures-Odivelas focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making in a healthcare environment. The Data Insights Analyst will assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from clinical, operational, and administrative sources to identify trends and support performance improvement. Daily tasks include cleaning and validating datasets, generating basic reports and dashboards, and preparing visualizations that translate complex data into clear insights for multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information and draw clear conclusions.
Foundational knowledge of data analytics techniques and tools, including basic data querying, filtering, and visualization.
Understanding of statistics, such as descriptive measures, correlations, and basic hypothesis concepts, suitable for entry-level analysis.
Ability to contribute to data modeling efforts, including organizing data structures and supporting simple models for reporting and insights.

Comfort working in a remote, part-time setting, with strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
