Role Description This remote, entry-level, part-time Data Insights Analyst role at Cuida Mais Talentos focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The person in this role will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. They will help build reports and basic dashboards, interpret trends and patterns, and present clear insights to stakeholders. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to understand business questions, performing simple statistical analyses, and documenting methods and results. The role also involves communicating findings in an accessible way, contributing to continuous improvement of data processes, and learning new tools and techniques under guidance from more experienced team members.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics to interpret datasets and identify trends.
Basic understanding of statistics to support data interpretation, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement.
Ability to work with data modeling concepts, including structuring data and building simple models for reporting and insights.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical audiences and collaborate with team members.
Comfort using spreadsheets and introductory data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or basic BI/analytics platforms).
Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and time management in a remote work environment.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new data methods, tools, and business concepts with guidance.
Preferred: coursework or degree in a quantitative or related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
