Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Infrastructure Support professional to monitor, maintain, and support data infrastructure, pipelines, databases, and related systems. The role will work closely with Data Engineering, IT, and Business teams to ensure reliable data availability and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data pipelines, databases, servers, and data infrastructure for issues.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline failures, system errors, and data availability issues.
• Perform basic database administration and operational support.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure timely completion of data processes.
• Investigate data quality, connectivity, and performance-related issues.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and IT teams for incident resolution.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support routine maintenance, deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Track incidents and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Follow data security, access-control, backup, and operational best practices.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments.
• Understanding of cloud/data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) is preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
