• Location : Minneapolis, MN - Onsite

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2+ years focused on data governance, data security, data privacy, or data quality.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and building data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and security controls.
• Proven experience with data privacy, classification, de-identification, masking, and tokenization.
• Hands-on experience with Alation and AWS Glue Data Catalog.
• Strong Python programming and REST API integration experience.
• Experience with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, Step Functions, and Redshift.
• Experience with data lineage, metadata management, data quality, data stewardship, and access governance.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy/compliance requirements.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and modern data warehousing/big-data technologies.
