- Key Responsibilities:-
- Support implementation and operationalization of data governance capabilities, including Databricks Governed Catalog and related governance tooling.
- Identify, document, and classify sensitive data elements.
- Create and maintain governed tags, classifications, and metadata.
- Translate business policies, access requirements, and governance standards into actionable business and technical requirements.
- Partner with platform and engineering resources to support implementation of access control models, including ABAC-related use cases.
- Define, coordinate, and execute governance testing activities.
- Validate governance controls, masking rules, and access policies are functioning as intended.
- Document governance processes, requirements, decisions, and testing outcomes.
- Act as an embedded governance representative within the Medallion team to support ongoing delivery and implementation activities.
