About Kaizen

Kaizen Analytix is a global technology consulting firm that helps organizations unlock the full value of their data through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and modern data platforms. We partner with clients across industries to solve complex business problems, modernize legacy systems, and drive measurable outcomes. At Kaizen, we combine deep technical expertise with a collaborative, people-first culture focused on continuous improvement. Our teams work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution to deliver solutions that make a real impact.

Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Data Governance and Master Data Management lead to drive the design, improvement, and ongoing maturity of the enterprise data governance framework. Master data management is delivered through Stibo Systems, and the initial focus of this role is the governance of the MDM workflows that run on that platform, bringing them into the larger enterprise data governance framework. You will establish governance policies, standards, and operating models that ensure data is accurate, consistent, secure, compliant, and fit for business use.

You will work closely with all data stewards to review the current Stibo MDM workflows for key domains such as vendor, product, and customer, and update them so they fit within the broader governance framework. A key early activity is to assess the current state and business processes that ingest master data into the client's ERP landscape, which spans multiple ERP systems, and to understand how master data flows to and is consumed across them. You will map how data is created, enriched, approved, and distributed today, identify gaps, control weaknesses, and manual touchpoints, and redesign these workflows so they are governed consistently and can be automated. Over time, the role extends beyond MDM workflows to the wider governance of enterprise data. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and decision-rights models, and support trusted reporting and analytics. This position requires strong leadership in identifying data risks, improving data controls, and enabling regulatory compliance.
