Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Process Documentation
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create and maintain data dictionaries, business rules, and master data documentation.
Develop end-to-end process flows covering activities, systems, integrations, dependencies, and handoffs.
Identify gaps, dependencies, and impacts across upstream and downstream systems.
SAP & E2E Process Support
Support master data processes across SAP and integrated applications.
Understand how master data moves across systems throughout the E2E lifecycle.
Partner with SAP functional teams to validate requirements, process sequencing, dependencies, and system impacts.
Analyze SAP master data objects, fields, business rules, and functional requirements.
Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize end-to-end processes.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, data governance teams, and solution architects.
Facilitate and participate in requirements and process-review sessions.
Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and open decisions.
Communicate project progress and escalate risks or blockers when needed.
Qualifications
· 2–5 years of experience with SAP, preferably supporting master data or E2E business
processes.
· Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
· Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries, process flows, business rules,
and functional documentation.
· Understanding of SAP master data concepts and E2E process dependencies.
· Ability to understand how data and processes flow across multiple systems.
· Experience supporting testing cycles (BST, UAT).
· Experience with workflow/orchestration tools or platforms such as SAP MDG, Syniti
(SWFT), Cignon, SAP BTP, or similar solutions is preferred.
· Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Jira is preferred.
· Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work across business and technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
