Data Governance Analyst
We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support the integrity, quality, and compliance of enterprise data assets. This role will partner with business, product, and engineering teams to establish data governance standards, maintain data quality, and ensure consistent data definitions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with data governance practices, requirements gathering, and documenting data lineage and metadata.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain data governance standards, policies, and processes.
Monitor data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data definitions and usage standards.
Support data lineage, metadata management, and documentation initiatives.
Conduct impact assessments related to source system and data model changes.
Investigate and help resolve data-related issues across platforms.
Ensure governance requirements are incorporated into new projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience with Data Governance frameworks and best practices.
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze data quality issues and drive solutions collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience performing Impact Analysis within data-intensive environments.
