We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Entry Analyst to support data management, reporting, and quality assurance efforts across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to data-driven decision-making in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance checks
Generate routine reports and assist with data analysis activities
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity
Maintain documentation of data processes, procedures, and standards
Support ad-hoc reporting and administrative projects as needed
✅ Requirements
Entry-Level / Junior (0–2+ years experience, internships included)
Experience in data entry, administrative support, reporting, or related roles is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
Fluent in English
Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
