Role Description The Data Entry Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for accurately collecting, entering, and organizing data related to job search content, audience engagement, and performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include updating databases and spreadsheets, validating data for completeness and accuracy, and preparing basic reports that support content and marketing decisions. The role involves reviewing and cleaning data sets, identifying trends or irregularities, and collaborating with team members to ensure data is easy to interpret and use. The Data Entry Analyst will also assist with maintaining documentation of data processes and may contribute to simple visualizations or dashboards that track key performance indicators.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to interpret data.
Candidates should possess competency in Data Modeling and organizing data structures for reporting and analysis.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with remote team members.
Relevant qualifications include proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or similar), familiarity with data visualization tools, and prior work in content or marketing analytics are beneficial.
An associate or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
